I have learned so much over the last two semesters and I have gotten a lot better at using correct grammar in Italian. Some that was really hard this semester was prepositions. It was hard to distinguish between when to use which preposition because a lot of them are used similarly. The difference between in and a was especially hard but I definitely figured it out over time. Another hard topic the past tense. I often made mistakes when I had to choose between using avere or essere. Then it was also hard to remember how to change the endings for gender and number. But above everything, the hardest topic was direct and indirect object pronounce. Sometimes I would get confused about which noun was the subject and which was the object. Once I got it down though, I could use them with piacere and even do double object pronouns. Overall I am very happy with what I have achieved in Italian and I hope to take more Italian in the future.
